Hi Darlene, It was good that the Dr gave you lots of information for you to think about and decide what is best for you, surgery or no surgery and you have time to think about it. As you know I am in the same boat and still waiting to see the spine surgeon too. Hi Darlene and sweet family! Well I’m glad at least you know exactly where your pain is stemming from. Anytime they operate on the spine is risky. My husband had 5 back surgeries and still lived with pain. After what I seen him go thru I elected not to have back surgery myself. I know it’s a hard decision to make and I just want you to know whatever you decide I pray you get the relief from your pain. I hope everyone has a very blessed day! ❤️🤗
Thank you so much for your input.I really appreciate it.It's a hard decision to make.I think we've decided that surgery is too much of a risk for me.I would probably feel differently if I was 35 years old but at my age.I think i've already did not have any more surgeries like that
Good morning, Darlene. I don't know what to say about that visit. Possibly seeing the surgeon will give you a better idea of what is the best plan for you. When you are faced with all the risks, it has to be a tough decision that only you can make. I just hope and pray some Dr. can figure out a way to relieve your pain.
