I am not good with computers and downloads and I don't know what versions of FRP to download for my phone or what is needed. I already did a factory reset 2 times so what do I do now? CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME THROUGH MESSENGER OR TEAM VIEWER AND DO THIS TOGETHER STEP BY STEP PLEASE!!!!!! I do not have an active sim card in it, I bought this old phone for my mother to use , Not to make phone calls but to open her a Facebook Account and Messenger so she can use it with Wi-fi to Video Chat with her children and grandchildren so she can see our faces during this period of the Virus. She is 80 years old and is alone and depressed and we are not going and see her to keep her safe. This is very hard on her and I am trying my best to make it better for her.
