hey pete, love the vids! especially the way you explain things. my goal is to become a developer before i am 30. one thing i have realised while trying to learn and reach my goal is there is alot of bs information out there. it would be amazing if you could write a book about property development a-z in depth about all your knowledge, or a pdf file stage by stage of the development process in a dot point fashion. it would be a game changer for me and other people out there. thanks mate

The key is to not operate too close to the line financially. Finding someone to do a JV with to ease the financial burden when starting out is a great way to go 🙏

Hi Michael, the key will be finding the right project that you can present to your network of potential money partners. If the project stacks up and makes senses then all things being equal you should be able to find money one way or another - but it all starts with finding the right project, the more appealing the project (and offer) the more chance you’ll have of connecting it with money partners.

How do we pay our daily bills and survive during the 15 months or more that the construction is finished if we want to do development full time?
