Was on the drink with Henry (chief) Tuilagi in Perpignan after we played against Biarritz. This guy kept coming up and saying “Henry, give me and arm wrestle”. Henry kept saying “go away”. Anyway the 3rd time the bloke comes up again - “Henry, give me arm wrestle, I will beat you” . Chief turns around and says - “You beat me, you get to punch me in the face, I beat you, I get to punch you in the face, ok?” So the guy agrees on the terms, they get into position for the arm wrestle, And in one motion chief slams the other guys arm on the bar and uppercuts him with his other hand, turns around and keeps drinking. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. 😂
Would have loved to see him play a game with the likes of Schalk Burger Snr and Colin meads.. Those 3 could rip your skin off and make your bones dance to the refs whistle..
Something about trading ol war stories with the fellas either around a fire, or over a beer, this type of talk will never get old for us boys. Loved this episode.
I played with Brent Bikkie Cockburn and his Brother Matt Cockburn (Wallabies). This is very true, brent would cork your thighs, stand on your feet and elbow you doing lineout training. He hated losing and failure as well. Could eat a tray of Lasagne for Dinner. Lifting his bucket up in lineouts was my weight training. 6'9 and 135 plus kgs. Jamie Roberts is very correct.
When I was at UEA, the university team used to play on the field where my residence was. There was one guy in the team who I'll never forget. He was about 6'5" and built like brick shithouse. He wore a tablecloth (or similar) around his head and a gumshield so that he sounded like the Wild Man of Borneo. I never played against and I'm glad I never played against him. He was really scary.
She’s the diversity & inclusion hire, so she knows full well she doesn’t have to perform or contribute competently, just have the correct set of genitalia to collect her wage. ….Over it and over dudes that simp in defense of it.
jc was the one, 'cos he wasnt tied up or influenced by gang or hype or trend modes or whatever. just sincere hard as nails as much as sincere + direct, no frills human off the field 2nd to none, rip
Ex NSW second rower Tom Bowman was called "disaster" by his team mates as he hit them with everything in training and sometimes did the same in matches.
I'm Disappointed Jamie wouldn't name a tough opposition player who was obviously tough ffs. Is it that difficult? Ffs wise up, either answer or pass it on..And saying Jerry Collins for me too! Are you going to contribute personally pls or not??

Jerry I miss him.
Lived in my street always stopped to talk to my young boys . At his very peak always had time for the kids.
Greatest Blindside Flanker of all time.

JERRY COLLINS WAS MY FAVORITE PLAYER GROWING UP WATCHING RUGBY WITH MY FATHER. REST IN PEACE JERRY(TERMINATOR)!

Arabs play rugby ?
Mamuka Gorgodze always struck me as a bloke to avoid on a rugby pitch. Same w Henry Tuilagi
Gorgodze might be the most aggressive player I've ever seen on a rugby pitch
Haha,Jamie can't think of anyone, that's because he's one of those very people you're talking about.
Eff that,tackling him 😭😭😭
The woman host couldn't look more uninterested if she tried.
How was she there to look? I think she achieved that!
Take her off the payroll !

Jason White gotta be worth a mention?
Hey jamie , met you at the body holiday Saint lucia..you came to my pilates class!!

Didn't sound like a "lovely bloke"
That bird is stunning, but she has zero charisma.
My man Jerry ❤
Most 2nd rows are nicknamed "Damage" by their own teammates
Ex NSW second rower Tom Bowman was called "disaster" by his team mates as he hit them with everything in training and sometimes did the same in matches.
Richie Mccaw is the toughest in my opinion what a inspiration
Toughest guy you have faced Jamie surely would be someone like Bakkies Botha?
He's a bully more than a tough guy. Always picked on scrum halves.
@@davynewcomb8054 are you referencing the Jimmy Cowan incident? That was bad and cowardly but Jimmy Cowan was no angel either
I can’t recall Botha doing anything that would imply he was anything other than a bully. Henry Tuilagi was a real hard nut and feared no man.
@@frostysfreeway2320 I do recall the prop Johnstone I think his name giving Botha a bit of his own medicine it’s on RUclips somewhere
Thanks for the recommendation. Will check it out
Toby Flood, scariest player ive seen
Langi langi is one of the best brothers one could ever have...loyal to the end
Ronan O'Gara?
😂😂😂Brilliant!
Toby flood
Luke mcalister bunted O'gara and dominated him, and mcalister was above average
Being a typical 2nd row.😂😂😂😂
Pronounced ‘Villemzey’ .. sorry! Married to a Saffer🥴

The Claw
Owen Farrell got to be one of the hardest, surely........stop, why are you all laughing, I'm serious........!!!!!!!!!
And all joking aside, who?
@@spiced32 Well I've never faced him, but Wayne Shelford's got to be up there.
Tim Rodber fucked up 3 South Africans at the same time when the Lions toured there in the 90s. Beware of the quiet man.
who?
I think everyone at the time knew he was double tough, think he was ex military?
@@TheMacwilliam24 spot on, yeah he was. He was nails but was also the quiet man.
@@brocktonblockbuster6555 as a Welshman growing up in my teens when he was present he was a rare one that I liked and respected 😀
