    ‪@JingShenKuoshu‬
The video is a demonstration of a seven-point transitional lock system in martial arts. The instructor, Grand Master Greg Fraser, demonstrates various locks and transitions between them, and encourages viewers to try them out with a partner.
The first lock shown is a guillotine choke, where the instructor turns his palm to the chest of the opponent, pushes the head back and throws the arm inside the fold of his elbow, and tightens the lock by bringing the shoulder in and lifting with a hip hike. He also demonstrates adding a thumb turn to cut off the opponent's trachea.
The second lock is an armbar, where the instructor rolls the opponent's arm down and applies pressure on the elbow joint to force the opponent down. He demonstrates using this lock as a transitional technique for strikes and takedowns.
The third lock is a spin lock, where the instructor steps across the opponent's body and applies pressure to the elbow joint to spin the opponent down. He demonstrates how to transition from an armbar to a spin lock.
The fourth lock is a separation lock, where the instructor catches the outside of the opponent's hand and pulls while pushing out on the opponent's neck, separating the face from the shoulder.
The fifth lock is an Americana lock, where the instructor catches the opponent's arm and brings it up and over, applying pressure to the shoulder joint.
The sixth lock is a come-along lock, where the instructor takes the opponent's wrist and turns it, applying pressure to the shoulder joint and potentially bringing the opponent down to the ground.
The seventh lock is a counter lock, where the opponent cuts their elbow into the instructor's elbow to pivot away and potentially transition into a guillotine choke.
Throughout the video, the instructor emphasises the importance of technique and proper execution of each lock, as well as encourages viewers to experiment and come up with their own variations.

Very interesting. Looks good for close combat situations. I imagine it could be good with wing Chun or Phillipino martial arts.
