im working with the chip MSM9004-02, but i dont know what exactly gets
connected to pins labeled as, clock, load, data, and blank.
I have design the same clock on Proteus as well as on breadboard but ic 4026 is not getting reset I check the output of the 7411 AND gate for input taken from ic 4026 outputs to reset at "6", it is working properly but ic 4026 is not getting reset. Plz help out

will the clock work perfectly if r1=r2??
No brother it will not work. if r1=r2 then your 555 timer will not generate output pulses with delay of 1 second.
is there a relation between the values of r1 and r2? one should be greater than other?

Circuit not working on Breadboard
Please check your wiring again even a single wrong wire can cause problem. I already tested this on breadboard and it's working perfect.

@@CircuitsInfo I connect 9v supply my ICs burned
@@muhammadzeshanshaheen3058 you can apply upto 15volts thats not the reason for burning your ICs. You may have short circuited the ICs.
