Industrial eats looks so much fun! I had no idea it was there and will check it out this weekend. I just found your videos today and have really been enjoying them. Thank you!
Excellence series! As a wine enthusiast I am delighted watching each episode. Unlevel tamping 20:16 😂 As a home barista I am not amused watching the pack work. Keep improving (the barista not Vince. He is perfect 😅)
Excellent content here, so much detail and information is packed into this I plan on reviewing it several times. Also, Santa Barbara County does have phenomenal Pinot Noir, delicate and complex, silky smooth with long finishes, really a touchstone for me with respect to Calif Pinot Noir’s.
Excellent. Your vineyard interviewee's were impressive. Sorry I can’t remember their names at this point as I have been tasting whilst watching. A down side of your videos. They induce weak people like me to have a couple of reds. The chef's ' whip up' has again made me very hungry. FYI thanks for putting up the body/acidity spread. That’s answered a question I have had festering in the back of my brain for some time. And finally a gold medal to you for drinking those milk proteins. That was an outstanding analogy- really couldn’t do it. Cheers …. Craig
Haha Thanks Craig! Yes, I have trouble when editing not wanting to eat and drink the whole time! Glad you watched this episode; it’s a oldie but a goodie!

If this doesn't make you want to visit Santa Barbara wine country, I don't know what will. You covered the best places!
Thanks, I'm overdue for a trip myself!
I enjoyed your section describing how to understand the body of wines.. and great content. Thank you for sharing this!
Santa Barbara is awesome. One of my favortes is Jamie Slone. Good wine and super cool owners.

Thank you, it may be my favorite California wine region!
Wanna know why some wines & food go together so well???.........(drum roll please)........because they taste good.

@@visforvino tks!!
nice videos👍
Which movie was he speaking about?
Ivana Baldenebro The movie is called “Sideways!” Great movie to check out! en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sideways
But, I like Merlot. Pinot Noir, no so much. Petite Syrah is my sweet spot.
You're in luck! Our Washington episode (coming out in April) has a feature on Merlot!
