Have you ever tried white vinegar, water, and a little bit of lemon juice? That way, it doesn't make you gag from the hot vinegar.

I had some spots that I had to use a spoon on the glass tray. Sides and top wiped off fine.

I find you have to angle it 45degrees to snap it off. It doesn’t come off straight upward.
