Mumbai have a good health care and safety but Mumbai also have biggest slum in india called (dharavi ) because many people can't afford cost of living because it's high and also in Mumbai 20 percent+ people live in poverty and the infrastructure and cleanness in some are worst so now you understand every city have a good and dark side
