This is why I don't date dudes with kids. Now, they could've made this move so that the child(ren) can always see both parents more frequently and easily without having to take trips to other states, but the baby mama could also be obsessed or still sleeping with the father. When I was single, I dated a man with a child once. I said, “Never again!” If he already had a child, I KNEW he wasn’t my husband. Men would NEVER stick around for a woman going through this with her child’s father! 😂
Most men would not deal with the situation in reverse. However there are some good men with children and it all depends upon how they handle the situation. I dated a single dad twice. The first I dumped. The second I said, _Been there, done that.... really don't want to deal with it again_ . But he kept his word and nipped things. It also helps if the child's mother is married.
Isn’t it easier for the kid(s) if both parents live in the same state? They may have done that for parenting time isn’t disrupted by distance.

I followed my daughter’s mom across state lines to be closer to my daughter while he mom went to college.. my daughters mom is married. I’ve never wanted my daughter’s mom back.. this may be the same situation.
She said she knows that his ex still loves him. These are 2 VERY DIFFERENT THINGS. It’s one thing to do that for the betterment of the child. It’s a whole other thing when it’s being done because you still love the person, these are two VERY different undertones.

Yeah, it could be good for the baby she moved there. Now if it gets to be more than about the baby you need to go to court to get it resolved. If he is unwilling to get it resolved he is part of the problem. This is what happens when men and women enter relationships with existing children if there is pre-existing drama there. You need to meet the baby mama and find out what her true motives are first.

@@dalovaboy21I know women who have gone to court on malicious intent and it backfired on them, but worked out in the man’s favor. However, if he wants to see his child for real, he would take a chance and take her to court to set up visitation. As Jess stated, he is enjoying the attention. If he ends up having to pay CS then that's a small fee for being able to see his kid. I live in Jersey and know that if he is placed on CS, and it's too much, he can go to the CS building to set up his payment plan.
