Really? What about Damien Lewis, Hugh Laurie, Idris Elba, Dominic West, Johnny Lee Miller, Anna Torv and many others? I love Philip's acting, but we have to admit he has to work on his american accent.

Let's face it, if you're casting an American character, get an American actor. Even someone as awesome as Philip Glenister can't pull it off

I know we Americans do horrible dodgy British accents all the time, but my god. I love Phil Glenister, but this is just not good. Also, Rupert? Of all the names to pick for an American they choose Rupert Galvin? Why not Nigel, or Piers Barrington-Mawbray?

I don't know if it sounds Canadian exactly, but it sounds kind of weird. I can't exactly pinpoint why it sounds off. I agree that it is a bit over-enunciated, though.

Philp Glenister was the only reason I attempted to watch this. After one episode I'd had enough.
