Mai coffee ki jagah green cardoman powder dalti hun aur ise o t g me10 minutes kisi ractengle dish me banati hun. Jab halka pani uper aa jata hai to nikal ker freez me rakh deti hun.pani aane ka matlab hai ki yah cook ho gaya hai. Freez se 2 ghante baad nikal ker square shape cut ker uper se kishmish laga deti hun. Bilkul top grade ka sweets ban jata hai.
Measurement___ 2 cups milk ko boil ker 1cup bana den.
4 tsp sugar and 1 gup hung curd.

Thank you for this wonderful recipe. I used amul 400 gms curds and 400 gms amul mithai mate condensed milk. Then as per receive the coffee milk. It turned out very well.

@Swarna Verma I used thick curd,drained off the excess water in curd,added coffee mixed in little milk ,added milkmaid as required ,mixed all well and then steamed it
