VENGENT S440: Test Shooting and Chronograph Testing

We got our hands on one of the very first TenPoint ACUSlide crossbows out of the factory! We shot lots of arrows out of this thing and had a blast doing it. Tenpoint is leading the pack because of accuracy vs ease of cocking if nothing else. Mission sub1xr is more accurate by 1/2” at 40 yards but not nearly as easy to cock. I’m buying Tenpoint next time around

I’m right handed but I was wondering if they make it where the crank is on the left side?

Mikey Bieksza Hello Mike, unfortunately they do not. You can turn the bow 180 degrees and cock it with your left hand. I have tried it and feel comfortable doing it, especially with the safe cocking of it all.

When is the S540 coming out? They've tested 600 fps crossbows. Not interested in 400 anything.

A number of states won't allow 500 fps for archery hunting. it qualifies as airgun with its own set of regulations.

The test was better than advertised, he used the 445 grain bolt which should do 410fps but he got 416fps, 440fps only achievable with the 370 grain bolts.
