This industry has gone nuts tbh. It was so much simpler in the 80’s and 90’s one does really have to take a step back. Since lockdown the whole collecting scene has just gone nuts.

@@TheGebs24 Gem! I’m an older collector lol well to be precise I’m 54. So I firmly believe in physical content, you wanna play a Dreamcast game on Dreamcast play it! You wanna play a PS1 one game, play it on PS1 and such like. Since lock down where people were anchored to there homes the online/collecting market went nuts. Followed up by Social media ( you tube ) etc prices have just gone through the roof! Now we have modded consoles. Don’t get me wrong everything evolves but vintage is vintage. I will and always will be a gamer that will stick to its roots. Play the game on the original format within the original machine. I know! Life moves on. To me though gaming is about those child hood experiences. From the very early days of the Texas Instruments TI/99 through to the Commodore 64 era to the SNES etc. Still playing those games on the machines that were developed for it is amazing. Ooh Atari… don’t get me wrong love the videos of today ( Chase after the right price/ Retro Rick such like ) but they all help to inflate prices. I know I’m getting old maybe cantankerous, I just remember what is was like and how it was. Love your channel though :) x

Down in sunny Dorset so rare to find any gaming merch in charity shops. Tbh prices are crazy if u do find any .
Like you gemma I love all forms of gaming, had an abundance of game consoles over the years and loved them all. Mainly X box now, might buy a PlayStation in time to come. Loved you open the swag bag and then seeing you in the charity shops, and getting that game boy colour. Can you do in time gemma more charity, car boot sales hunting and pickups, more reviews. Love you as you do the videos and love the channel gemma. Thank you. ☺👍👋✌

Charity shops here literally have Fifa games and Kinect stuff. The last big find for me was about a year ago when I bought a Tribal Gameboy Advance SP in a Barnardos for £3. Flipped it for 70.
Thats a bargain Gem I still need to get myself a backlit GBA.

It’s one of the best PS3 games ever!…an absolutely fantastic FPS! Resistance 2 and 3 are also good games, but the gameplay isn’t as good as the first one imho.
