how do you allow the chocolate to cool while its on the icecream without putting it down?

This is exactly what I've always wanted to know!

Since the ice cream is cold, the warm chocolate will automatically freeze when combined with the ice cream. No need to put it in the freezer again if you gonna eat it immediatelly. If not place a baking paper in freezer and put the ice creams on it :) Thank you!
