I like to present ALM's conception-to-EOL story by using a client-vendor example to clearly separate concepts such as product development, release, delivery, governance, deployment, maintenance and warranty. That way, the audience understands where (client or vendor) and when (before or after) each activity occurs. _yes, I realize this video was uploaded 5 years ago._
