    Mam jitni simple ye exercise lag rahi hai utni hai nahi aapka weight kam hai and body flexible hai isliye aap itna easily kar pa rahe hai . Meri tummy bahar hai me ukudu nahi baith sakti or mujhe sciatica pain bhi hai . But i desperately want to reduce my tummy fat please suggest aasan accordingly
