With the excuse of Texas USA stole 60% of México, we lost 8 States, there is a very famous Mexican song that say "I didn't cross the border... the border cross me... Now I'm a foreigner in my own homeland... we are more Americans... we are more Americans than all the USA people".
Mexican food have 5000 years of age, the "taco" have 3000 years and comes from the Mexican word "Tlahco" that means "in the middle" in reference to the food inside a tortilla (original name is "Tlaxcalli") also is prepared in the exact same way that 3000 years ago.

Regarding music I would love it, there's one that I personally like and it's called "St. Patrick Battalion" (El Batallón de San Patricio). Talks about a piece of history that still is in Mexicans minds in a negative way against other nation and in a positive way for our foreigner brothers. When it comes to popular culture Juan Gabriel is one of the biggest, Vicente Fernández of course. I don't know what interests you more or how you want to star, let's see if anyone has more recommendations. Dios te bendiga.
I run an entire channel dedicated to music or cultural events and places outside of the English speaking races so I imagine this will be most desirable since too my knowledge the Latin races have been very appreciative on this channel.
4:27 By the way, that skull is ilegal, Mexican law doesn't allow civilians to have free us of the flag and Mexican emblem, that is government exclusive use, civilians only can use it in a flag form (paper or fabric or plastic but in the shape of the official flag and can't be used in other forms aside a flag) the use on stamps, furniture or clothes or any other object real or digital is strictly forbidden.
