Milk - 300 ml
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Yeast - 8 g
Egg - 1 piece
Flour - 500 g / 1.8 cups
Butter - 50 g / 2.5 tbsp
Filling:
Minced meat - 300 g
Cabbage - 400 g
Onion -1 pcs
Salt
Pepper
Additionally:
Egg yolk - 1 pc.
Milk - 1 tbsp
Bake at 180°C (356~°F) 20 - 25 minutes
