@@p3rsonalyzed649 I assumed you can use any letters in the square. I rewatched it and realised that Jack's playing by the rules whist Tobi is using random letters until Tobi says "Queen". I think Jack then realised that Tobi wasn't playing it properly and gave up on playing Boggle the right way.
