In Hvar beach bars usualy work until 10-15 september but it's like not so much people of course some of the beach clubs dont even work. So maybe its better to skip september. In Hvar season is short. Until 15 september.

do you know if the beach bar is still open in septmeber?
I visited the place in July 2022, so I am not sure about the situation in September there.
