This is 22 March 2018. Are you still holding seminars on this topic? I am very interested as I am CVS patient myself. I have had also as sub-symptom what I had thought was recurrent functional diarrhoea which now just might have an 'aetiology' now, CVS! So coming out the 'front end' as well as the 'rear end'! (Not necessarily all the same episodes either) some diarrhoea and others nausea, stomach pain and of course vomiting. I know, strange, but that has been my own situation.
I have had these symptoms most of my life. How do I get diagnosed? What kind of doctor do I need to see. My doctors have performed hundreds of tests on me throughout my life and never can find anything. I don't know what kind of specialist to ask for to get them to listen to me. I always wind up in the hospital with blood pressure issues, weakness, severe vomiting, rapid heart rate etc.... How do I get a diagnosis for autonomic dysfunction and for this! I also suffer severe migraines too.
Dark Seraphim I recommend that you speak with a gastroenterologist. I have CVS and am followed regularly by both GI and neurology. Also, if need more info on CVS specialists in your area, you can contact the Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome Association (CVSA) for a list. Check them out at CVSAonline.org
