Those who find the treasure simply have to bill the governments expensively. And take their cut off the top for time and services rendered. I doubt they walk away with nothing since they do have access to attorneys. Technically, if the gold belongs to a defunct govt. like a monarchy which no longer exists an existing government can't claim it.

@jerm It would have been a loss if America had faced Iraq alone, but no, The majority has overcome courage!! More than 39 of countries participated in the occupation of Iraq with America, and when they defeat iraq they called that a victory haha! And they called Iraq a war loser for its inability to confront 39 countries! What a win for America With a lot of spiteful countries against Iraq "Alone".

Most time value is found there’s a 30 day finders report and if they can’t find the original owners or inherent with then the objects found are yours. If u decide to report it there’s no law saying your have to report anything found

American stole the gold from Iraq people, that way they went to war in Iraq in 2003. Staring from Min: 4.28 you can see it.

4:30 All this gold is from the central bank and like wise. Those looters took everything that shines even the hope in the eyes of the innocent Iraqi kids just so they can fulfill their greed. All Iraq's museums have suffered the same way by those looters and you can see Iraq's collections now in many of these museums like in Germany and France, not sure how did Iraqi museum's collection got to there!

The Iraq "gold" pictures are not gold. All the gold ever found throughout human history wouldn't even fill an Olympic sized swimming pool. They didn't find truckloads of actual gold.
