    There were a couple of tricky video edit things in this one. Nice job. The towers look great.

    Killing it dude! Looks great. Looks like the same color as mine. The passenger side is pretty rotted on mine, good to see yours is in good shape. I didn’t have the time/ability to do it myself so it’s been at a buddies shop for a year now waiting for them to get some time (price is right at free). Can’t wait to see you rollin this one!!!

    Nice job and super dope editing...
    Question what's the purpose of making the towers taller?

    • @brandondysart6979
      @brandondysart6979 4 года назад +1

      It will make the car sit lower than a car with regular height towers given the same suspension setup.

    • @PaulLehman
      @PaulLehman  4 года назад

      Yup what Brandon said, also helps when you lower it to give yourself more travel so you’re not riding on the bump stops per say

    the reason are you doing this is because when you put the air suspension is going to be more better because you have more room

  • @brandondysart6979
    @brandondysart6979 4 года назад +1

    How are you gonna do the rear suspensions? Is there a kit you can buy for it or will you be designing it yourself?

    • @PaulLehman
      @PaulLehman  4 года назад +2

      The rear 4-link i was going to build my own. But having it built from the SeenIt guy. He's build several

    What under dash master cylinder you going to use? I’ve been trying to wrap my brain around what I want to do or use but as far as brake booster I want to have the same mechanical advantage if I’m going boosterless

      I plan on using the CKW2 kit. I already have it ordered and it should be here this week I believe. I plan on making a install video for it 👍🏼

    Dude, how much do you want for your scribe/shim kit? I'm planning on doing the same with my towers and that little trick would save a lot of headache.

    • @PaulLehman
      @PaulLehman  4 года назад +2

      It helped me a little for sure. I just wanted the cut line to be straight. I'm sure i could come up with something to sell or rent.

      I've got two trucks and a convertible. The second truck is becoming a trailer and the vert is just for parts so I have two good front ends as extras.

    While this is a very cool project I would like to send a warning to all watching and learning from videos like this. When you are cutting or grinding metal with that high-speed wheel, and also when you are welding- you are literally vaporizing that metal. If you do not at least kick on a fan or set up your workspace with some kind of decent ventilation you are basically vaping steel straight into your bloodstream.
    I beg of you, practice good ventilation or you are going to pay an unspeakable price, and it's only a matter of time. Your vital organs do not mix well with heavy metals.
