hi @kingfergus it depends on the building. There are 8 different condo associations in Bird Bay. Your homeowners insurance will only need to cover the inside wall to wall and your personal items. HOA covers all exterior insurance.

Sky rocketing insurance will hammer the condo market.

Condos are done! Insurance is driving HOA fees up and it won’t stop. HOA will be more than mortgage soon
3 stories. Run for the hills.

HOA's have ended condos. They're all gonna be empty in 10 years

How much will the deferred maintenance assessment be in order to be in compliance with the new laws?
hi @garyk.45ACP The one and two story buildings will not need the structural assessment. It's only for buildings that are 3+ stories
