absolutely motivational video. I'm almost at a point to say that if one is not doing these before his exercises, he should not call himself a table tennis player - starting with me!

Vladis warm up looks like a meditation to me. There´s something to learn here. Thanks for sharing.

Merci, très intéressant ! Ca permet de voir à quel point ils s'échauffent et s'étirent avant meme de toucher la raquette, alors que beaucoup de joueurs que je connais négligent cette partie.

Interesting, Samsonov technique looks so much cleaner even in training. Also his timing is much better than the probably faster and more powerful Lindquist.

Samsonov flaps his left elbow when he performs forehand loops which is not a good habit.Watch Waldner or Ma Long. They always keep their free hand close to the core.

Great to be able to see how they train for nimbleness. I want to teach them qigong to help their endurance, but it would take forever to convince them.

I do multi-ball practices for 3 hours with 2 different partners. No big deal because I am only 83. And I backhand loop from the floor.

seems like Vladi was using a TB ALC blade at the beginning (min 6:14) when he replace it

1:46 no wonder even the pros use DHS D40 balls for practice. Coz these balls are better in taking good spin, generating arc better than nittaku premium , which costs like $3 per ball, and less durable. If its not for nittaku sponsorship in major events, their ball would have been obsolete by now. I love d40 over nittaku.
