His gold gen is so broken now that I'm pretty sure he can get to full AP or any build for that matter, by farming waves with runaans and a bunch of cloaks and selling them later. Than if he were to build normally Ie he achieves deathcap + void staff faster by buying rushing ruunans rather than buying the components for the deathcap... Insane amount of creativity he can pull off now and how do you even itemize against him. AD scaling on every ability with low cooldowns and high magic damage. So you buy MR? But his autos deal high physical.. I love the experiment by riot and it looks fun. But this iteration of twisted fate is not healthy for the game

I have played ad tf a fair few times throughout the years. A good tip is if the bot lane/ top lane has a move that can counter a gold pick a card (sivir E etc.) then get a point in q Before getting lvl 6 so you can hover the card and q to bait out there ability! Only if the enemy doesnt have anything like like that would i never put a point in Q until the later lvls
YO I just realized... use Hwei's ability selecting mechanic for TF pick a card. Press the ability, your other three buttons become yellow, blue, and red card. No more waiting for the auto cycling.
yea but thats incredibly broken. imagine in a fight where every card without fail is gold card, tfs weakness is he has to cycle his cards, the window to kill him is when he uses gold card or when he is cycling to gold card, imagine taking out one of the windows to kill him.

same. He's one of the only carries with a hard crowd control and his E and W are amazing early game damage while Q is cheap poke. I rarely ran the build in mid though because he was too easy to delete. I preferred top and bottom lane.
I think nashors tooth is stronger than lich bane for hybrid TF. You're not oneshotting with 1 card so extra on hit dmg would get you more damage imo. No movement speed tho.

You forgot to mention the update to his passive Loaded Dice regarding crits. If you last hit with a crit, you roll two dice for extra gold instead of just one. The first die is weighted high rolling towards 6 the second die is weighted low rolling towards 1.
Honestly into that team a bork would've worked wonders. You one shot any squishies before terminus anyways and the only way they killed you was hp stacking kench.
Just a little thought you didnt mention about the W change, it also now makes TF have a higher skill ceiling too with micro and macro together instead of just macro. So he will be more appealing for otping than before
If you want oneshot Blue Cards play AP. I tried it in a Bot games, with getting over 225 Bonus AD from 2 Items because I got about 180 AD from Hubris, and just building full AP still did more Damage. I know it sounds stupid but the W has no AD scaling. The scaling it has, is only that you don't deal less Damage. Because it replaces your AA Damage, so the 100% Scaling is just using your normal AA Damage. And with AP you can use Lichbane and Nashors to get +60% AP scaling on Top. So your W ends up with 175% AP scaling.
I found that building sorc shoes is actually so good on ad tf, I think it has even more value then attack speed, could be wrong but it felt very strong 😊

Next I say we need a Hybrid attack speed build. BOTRK, Nashor's, Gunblade for starters. Runaans is also a crazy addition that makes his E passive hit every other Auto to double the damage.
Could this build be even stronger if at the end game with full build he switches berserker greaves into sorc shoes since rageblade stacks attack speed and attack speed cap is 2.5?
I like to thing about how ap and ad works IRL. AP is magic and AD is physical force. So when you have ap TF, his cards are magical and he defeats you by magic... And then you have ad TF...and i just immagine him slamming the cards into your face so hard you just die...

I humbly disagree with not putting a point into Q. It might not be the most damage efficient but has to much potential utility imo. Get zoned of a cannon? No problemo. Ahri dashes with 3 hp out of AA range? Easiest 360 no scope of my life. It just pays for itself.

i'm surprised he didn't know about the effectiveness of Runaan's on TF though with how it turns him into a a group-fighting monster.

Just put iceborn gauntlet instead of lichbane for some tankiness and kite ability. My fav hybrid item by far.
Why aren't you buing Hurricane? It let's you stack your E even faster when other targets are there and give you even better Waveclear.

It's a good thing until you face some assassin's, or long range ap. Maybe you can get fed by roaming, but that's not 100%
