Riley & Maya :: Out of the Woods

I bet you all thought I was gone, but here I am. I just want to say this is my first GMW video, and hopefully not my last. This show has gotten to me in ways I never expected, but no dynamic gives me more emotions than Riley and Maya.
Ever since Girl Meets Rileytown, I always thought this song perfectly embodied Riley and Maya's journey (especially in season 2). I didn't get pushed into making this video until finally the most recent and heart wrenching Girl Meets Bay Window aired. You can tell the clips from Rileytown/Bay Window are what drives this video, but I think that they are both pivotal developments in Riley and Maya's story.
In this video, I really wanted to hit the the obstacles not only in Riley and Maya's friendship, but in their separate lives. Because those are the moments that can turn any fight they have to shame. They care so much about each other, that no matter what happens, they will always be friends.
