I spent years crying to God, not understanding the truth that I am a Heyoka Empath. I reflect back to people their own demons 😈... So I have been mercilessly projected on, by others since I was 6 years old. Now I get it. Since I cured my own CPTSD and learned how to manage my autism. I have been making strides. My ex stepmothers Sister wants to destiny swap with me but can not for obvious reasons. Its not her destiny. She also hasn't put in as much work on herself as I have done on my healing journey. She pretends like her Trauma was worse than mine when she watched her Sister bully me for 25 years without saying a word to back me up. Her sister did not hug me as a child. She came to my first single launch at my apartment and talked through my speech at the start. She down played my achievements and tried to schmooze up to my boyfriend!!

I used to be an insecure HSP Empath, always looking for a win-win for everyone yet giving more than receiving, most of the time ignoring my own needs and wants, accepting to be downgraded or mocked for my emotions and being empathic. And I used to believe those stories others made of me. But I have finally learned to see myself and love myself for who I am, flawed and all, but kind, caring, giving and loving to others.
