I can’t believe Ocean Man has turned into a song that gets me emotional every time I hear it because of how many series finales I associate it with 😭
It's just one of those universally emotional sounding songs. No matter what series, it fits as ending montage music.
Even if I had to stretch it a bit to fully fit, if you listen closely you can very easily tell where I had to extend it lol.

Them ending with the classic "BYYYYEEEE!!!!" is so fitting but bittersweet at the same time.
It's like the show is saying goodbye to the audience itself.. cause note how Luz said "Quick! They're almost gone" in literately the last 10 seconds.

I love that the main gang (hunter, Luz, amity, willow, and gus) all have that flapjack tattoo. Kinda like a reminder, both flapjack and everything they've gone through.
Ive seen the tattoos on willow hunter and amity but I havent noticed it on luz and gus, is it on their arms?
@@sunnyboi205 Luz had hers barely showing on her upper left arm it's slightly obscured by her jacket and Gus might be in the same boat since I watched it so many times to see if his is visible but it's most likely on one of his arms.

I love how this shows that while the story is over it’s also a new beginning for Luz, her family and true friends.
The animation had no right for being so good at 1:02. I’m so happy for Hunter and Willow, I honestly cried when I saw that Hunter became a palisman carver T-T
I find it a bit symbolic. Although it seems as though he were following the footsteps of Caleb and the other grimwalkers, Hunter broke free from Belos’s cycle to live his own life. A destiny he can freely choose to carve and for others for good. Man, I love this show’s themes! They’re crafted phenomenally!

So I'm pretty sure the Clawthornes helped Hunter create a new Palisman and help(In loving memory of Flapjack probably named Jackflap). Also I think he and Willow are a thing now.

Such a nice detail especially because Hunters new palismant resembles the flowers color blue.

I love how the boiling isles have gone from Luz’s escapism to a second home for her. And then you have earth becoming a second home for the people of the isles too.

Interestingly that unlike in gravity falls and amphibia the characters are still connected to each other and aren't separated. Just the audience is separated.

This is the best ending for the show I could have asked for with the showing being cut short. It was so unique and honestly one of the best animated shows ever, especially for Disney. I'm really really hoping for a spin-off or even a sequel in the future. The Owl House crew and Dana did an amazing job and Thanks To Them, we got the best Disney show ever, looking forward to what Dana does next. Until next time weridos, byeee!!!
I agree, I’m annoyed it was cut short, but then Again we wouldn’t have had such a great ending if it hadn’t. I would rather have this over how other shows tend to end. I guess we should be happy with what we got over what we didn’t.

@@nathanknight2508 well season 3 was originally meant to be the finale, but the story would have been fleshed out much better and we wouldve gotten more time in the human realm as well, but with it being cut from the episodes down to 3 45 minute specials, it really limited what dana could do, but i applaud the entire team for being able to still make a masterpiece even under such conditions
This is something I noticed in the end credits:
-Gus and Vee are probably working together because behind Gus we see an banner 'demon realm-earth exchange program' with the logo in the middle... Vee is wearing a shirt with the same logo.
-Luz, Amity, Willow, Gus, Hunter (and probably Vee and more) have Flapjack tattoos on their arms
-on Lilith plans for the museum built in the library you can see that hooty is supposed to be the museums curator

Out of all the Disney Animation endings I’d say this is by far the happiest out of Amphibia, Gravity Falls and Star Versus the Forces of Evil. The Owl House was a good part of my life and I’m sad it ended, we could’ve had more and I wish we did but because Disney decided to be homophobic it was heartbreaking at first but I’m glad that Dana Terrace made this wonderful series, and I hope that we do get a book even if Dana left Disney (I mean, I don’t blame her). Other than Harry Potter this was the most magical series I have ever been into, and I’m sad it’s gone. Goodbye, The Owl House. Goodbye, Luz, Amity, Gus, Willow, Hunter, Eda the Owl Lady, King, Hooty, Camilia, Collecter, Lilith, Vee, Alador, Rein, Darius, Everwolf, Principal Bum, Ghost, String Bean, Owlbert, other palismen, Bat Queen and her babies, and most importantly flapjack. I know these are all fictional characters but, it’s been an amazing journey. And thank you to Unorthodox Individual for the funny videos. ❤

I know Odalia only appeared in cameo when Amity is reunited with her father but I bet she isn't in this final scene in the future because Alador had divorce her and never revealed what became of her.

I actually almost never feel so good with a disney movie or tv show as with this one, I really liked it, it's a shame that cartoons like this one are less each year.
I wanna say it’s been an honor to be part of this beautiful fandom. And thank you Dana Terrace for this amazing show. This show has really helped me during Covid. I can’t imagine life without Luz and the whole owl family. As much as I wished we got a full season(curse you Disney homophobia!), Terrace and their crew did their best and did it without fail. So as much as it pains me to say goodbye to the owl house. I’m really glad I got to be part of such an amazing experience with the most amazing fandom ever. It’s been one hell of a ride but totally worth it. Hope see more of Terrace’s work in the future and hope that younger generations will have something similar of the owl house or Amphibia. (I realize how long this goodbye speech so,) THANK YOU DANA TERRACE AND THE OWL CREW FOR THIS AMAZING SHOW AND FOR HELPING EACH OF US GETTING THROUGH LIFE. Like, did they really expect the older age fans to leave when they cut it short? DO THEY NOT KNOW WHAT FANDOM IS??? Anyway, I will miss this show so much. After I watched the final episode there’s been this pit in my stomach. Hopefully we get a spin off series, although with Dana leaving Disney and Disney not really looking for story-driven cartoons rn, I don’t know I can really hope for that anytime soon. I can say the golden age of spongebob is the foundation for some of the best shows to come out of everything.
