Lewis before the latter became a believer: "Christianity is a myth that became a reality." In other words, it's not true in the conventional, mundane, that many folks accept as 'reality'; it's supernaturally true. God, through the form of Jesus, came into the 'real world' from the spiritual, supernatural, realm, and changed the world.
