So as much as I appreciate the work of Jack Smith, and those wonderful legal women, Fani Willis, Judge Chutkin, and Lietisha James, I'm not getting my hopes up. All my hopes get squashed, after I really believe "this is it." He's still roaming around free, and running for president. It sickens my stomach.

It will require a constitutional amendment to prevent a convicted felon from running for the presidency. It cannot be done with a new law as the requirements for presidential eligibility are in the constitution. That requires a 2/3 vote in each chamber and ratification of 2/3 of the states

This is their last chance because of the SCROTUS. The Corrupt Supreme Court of Republicans in the United States. There will be no justice, no sentencing, no trials, no comeuppance and no retribution. Nothing will get to Trump with SCROTUS protecting him. It is all just a silly little dog and pony show designed to distract you from more important issues, like how can SCROTUS issue be addressed? I just read Jack Smith's brief. The direct evidence is overwhelming. Trump is done. Toast. So are Giuliani, Meadows, Eastman and others when their time comes. Maga and the Supreme Court have alot to answer for. And Fox.
