Shows you how tuff Polaris snowmobiles really are , feel bad for brad he got took but you'll get it back in shape it just sucks that people take advantage of people like that .
I had a 97 ultra guys say the pto side always went bad,but keep working on it.when fixed it will run like a raped ape. Love your channel... Roman from Shawano Wisconsin
@@nuttersspeedshop playing catch-up on everything, had massive power and internet outages last few weeks. Had a snowpocalypse here, very uncommon. I just got done doing my long arm and home made tri 4, and 8.25 swap in my ZJ. Check out my playlist if you get bored.
I guess once you've gone so far there's no turning back. I feel sorry for the guy. It will be sweet when it's done. His bank account not so much. Like the channel and seeing you guys having fun working together.
The ultra had a rear cooler in the back of the tunnel and coolant lines running under the seat. I noticed that chassis didn’t have them, makes sense now that it’s a 500 chassis. She wouldn’t have stayed cool in that chassis anyway.I live in Minnesota and have a real nice rolling 96 ultra chassis. Let me know if you need anything
Honestly..... I hate owners that buy and ride with 0 maintenance done ever. I see this all the time as a mechanic. Owner gets upset when I show everything wrong. I say everything needs regular maintenance, but not waiting untill the damage has already been done. Anyways detail Dennis and I must be brothers somewhere along the line. Lol, I'm extremely clean too.
There's so much weirdness with this sled. Pretty sure it's an Indy 500 with Ultra parts stuck on it. Doesn't matter either way, it's already stripped and sent to the bone yard.
Gotta love all of the surprises when you open one of these old girls up. They must have had a flooding problem so they just left the drain out 🤣🤣🤣
This is the worst seen that still ran. I'm sticking to Indy 650s for myself. I don't have any Ultra parts.
@@nuttersspeedshop I have plenty of both on hand 🤣🤣
Love the project videos, hope to see it running again before the snow melts.
Thank you!
My hat is off to Brad. I think I am going to start a go fund me for him. He deserves it.
That would be great LOL! This thing is already a money pit and we haven't even started to put it together yet.

It sucks right now but in the end Brad will have a solid and dependable sled.

Wow guys it just keeps getting better... That sled is in good hands with you guys.... Enjoy your videos keep them coming!!!
Thanks 👍
this is great, you guys are just like me and my buddies.. never had a snow sled though. not enough snow over here in western wa.
Glad you're still here! Jeeps will be coming back to the channel in the spring, starting with a set of D44s for a YJ.

Ouch!!
Sounds like brad and the nutter crew needs a big jar of moonshine

Thanks for tuning in. There's a whole playlist on this sled.

It should go into the xcr 600 my all time favorite sled, Next to the 90 indy 500

Oil change on my truck every 5,000 mi max and now I'm at 350,000 mi. Maintenance is everything. And cleanliness of course.
@@23Dentz exactly...
Damn that took a unexpected turn...😬🍻
None of us expected this level of badness.
Is this a chance to take a tour of the Nutter Boneyard?
I know a few things out there will accept that motor ;)
We have a relativity complete sled picked out. She's a beauty!
Tell Brad it’s time to cut his loses and……..sell me the pipes!
We had the discussion, he's set on building a sled.
How do you bolt an ultra motor into that chassis. Talk about shady.
It's kind of ugly. The motor is going back into a triple chassis though. Indy 500 chassis is done.
Is that really an indy 500 chassis? Some things say yes and some things i see say no?
And lmao "clean that shit"

Root Cause 🤣
