Pump sprayers are one of the best things I have added to my car cleaning tools, It makes application of wheel cleaner and APC so quick.

Another great finish Dave!! As wheel sealants go, is Pyramid Car Care "Alloy Armour" a good place to be? As I'm wanting to fine tune my wheel clean finish. Currently I'm not using anything specific and never used a wheel sealant as a lot of the offerings available seem a little awkward & time consuming to apply, plus in many cases they are only offering 250ml for the same money as a 500ml bottle of "Alloy Armour". I'm thinking I could use Alloy Armour on Full Valets and an up-sell on maintenance Valets.
Hi Greg, Alloy armour is easy to use just spray and wipe. so little time involved. I'm making a video on this spray in few weeks. Thanks for making your way through the videos. They get worse as they get older lol. Got new video coming tomorrow at 7am :)

Great video Dave - any general recommendations on the dilutions of the citrus cleaner? Is it different for cleaning the outside vs inside?
Hello Chris. Weak as possible for inside. It's not something I'd recommend for newer plastics compared to dedicated interior cleaners. It's alright on manky older vehicles if you go easy on dilution ratios
Does the citrus pre wash also remove the black dots? This would cost me so much less, instead of buying for every part a different product. Thanks in advance, love the channel!
Thanks my friend. No those black dots are road tar you need a tar remover but they are so cheap to buy these days.

Hiya. I've always hoovered the car first, why do you do it last?
Because if I did the inside first then had to move the car then I'd end up putting dirt back in. I just do it this way because it helps me work quicker and I've done this and tweaked it over the past 15 years to now get it done to a level that's easier for me

Out of interest, which part was "paid promotion" as you used quite a few products. I spoke to one of your favourite manufacturers, a UK based manufacturer, only last month, and was told, the full time Canadian Chemical Engineer, known as the Pan The Sponsored Organiser, demanded $/£5,000 when his subscriber numbers were 180K, but doesn't know what he charges now. That's why he (Pan) won't get paid by them. I get why some people ask and get money to promote/sell products to their subscribers, but am a bit saddened, the independence is gone, when that happens. I can only think of a few others in the UK, that don't mention any paid promotions, and just review the products honestly. Still love you videos, great fun and helpful in so many ways. Still not convinced with the flunky though, will have try it one day. Think newer glass might OK, but with older glass, might an extra bit of help, chemical help. Non pro detailers might need the paid promotion money, as its their only source of income. Would love to hear your thoughts on this subject.
Hello I wasn't paid Money whatsoever for this video however under youtube terms and conditions I have to disclaim it as paid as I got it to feature in the video
I also want to add that for me to make a video it takes one day to script, one day to plan, 7+ hours to film, editing takes about a week then promoting takes days. Plus I spent about 5 grand investing in advertising, tech, software, learning courses for film making. It's a huge loss for me so I'm doing this because I know in about 2 years time if I carry on I'll be able to take this higher. The way I see it (here's an example) James bond films feature branded watches phones etc and get paid millions to place products in plus other films do it. It's just a shame youtube terms and conditions make us out paid even though it isn't 😬

Keep up the great work. 👏Your humour and honesty is why I continue to watch them. As I would take the reviews or opinions of pro-detailers over any weekend or hobbyist detailer. As I know, the techniques and products for both are different because pro detailers are time restricted, while weekend detailers can spend as much or as little. It's just the result you want, that counts. I forward to your next one.👏 And I agree it's not worth the agro with mother-in-law jokes, might get an earache from the Mrs or the mother-in-law or both.😂

cracking video Dave, entertaining & useful as usual!! I did my car last weekend, fell over the K4 hose, the kerb and knocked my new bottle of AM Hybrid Shampoo over (didnt put lid on), least the path beads now 😁 Highly recommend AM Glaze & Hybrid Sealant combo.

I see big things happening for you and the channel this year and with this sort of content you've made it into my top 3 now. Pan is great but more of a serious detailer, Detail Geek is really good but it's the same process in every video, Harpers Detailing is good but just very bland to watch, Every day detailing is really good but more about the quick fixes and temp repairs then just specifically detailing and then there's yours. Funny, loads of information and tips, great video editing and just a pleasure to watch! Keep up the great work my friend and the followers will......ummmm.....follow?!

I agree. there is nothing better than using a nice paste wax to put the finish on a car, and gives you a feeling you've done something to improve the car
Ive not been a wax fan but thats because i have to rush around on jobs but for my own ill be applying wax in another video soon

Been Hooked to the channel recently! Been listening to them while working as a valeter, it’s still early days but I’ve bought my own van (transit connect 😉) and business is growing nicely steady away. Just trying to get the name and reputation out there! Just doing my research for different products and trying to slowly upgrade my equipment and chemicals etc, just in the process of decking the van out!

Hi, have you got any recommendation for my car? I have a Pearl white paint, I want to really enhance the Pearl shine with a good glossy finish. And any tips for application I can barely see when I polish and wax 😂 I had been recommended a brand called dodo juice but I’m unsure
White paintwork can look really flat. I have a new video coming tomorrow with a very special wax 👌

Great vid Dave - seemingly effortless delivery made me laugh a lot mate. It always seems like the 'Big G' makes it rain when I am half way through my car wash programme. I too am a little clumsy (borderline dangerous) when car washing too but I must say I have never knackered my trousers doing it. Good job the 'Mother-In-Law' dynamic is still in tact as well, especially considering the weaponry at hand if things were to go south!!
Lol she genuinely keeps a baseball bat in the car. We live near a place called Crawley so to be fair it's an essential thing to keep in the car lol
