Just gonna say it, no chance. I love Surge as a character, I really do, but it has been shown she can’t beat Sonic. She may have nearly did with the dynamo cage, but it was essentially overloading her. Not to mention her healing factor won’t help her that much in this case even though we’ve seen she has survived a lot of punishment when Starline was testing her a Kitsunami. This battle is a stomp even with the fanmade super form.
The fight was very good and well done, but Surge wouldn't beat Sonic.exe for anything, much less be able to face him head on in this way. I think her encounter with Sonic.exe would be something similar to what happened with Knuckles.
