1st mostly its a software problem, contact to a technicion to flash your phone.
2nd its a CPU(UPP) i.c problem means its hardware prob....

bro you contact with any technician. this can be unlocked or password can be removed by nokia flashing device.

Bhai hard reset ka tareqa to sirf yahe ha. shaid ap keys ko sahe tareqa sa press nahe kar pa rahe. kisi friend ke madad se keys ko press kar k chk karo. or ya software currupt hoga. full flash karna parega.
