JNA, just watched a few of ur episodes, I really felt that u guys should talk slower. I can barely digest a single word with the bullet train sales pitch. Feature more of the house without the agent walking all over and blocking the views. I'm so distracted with all the special effect and body language. The entire presentation felt so rushed and uncomfortable. Lower down the background music or choose something more soothing, afterall u want ur prospective buyers to feel relax when having a house tour. Just sharing my views. Thanks.
