Thankyou for uploading this video because i was curious at to what it all looked like or what the homes were like there and when you mentioned how much one the home were that you passed by on the corner a dark blue tone home i was like they crazy asl thats too damn expensive but it had to be lower income read there but then again that has beds in an issue because they make that almost impossible For people who are lower income or no income someone who struggles to find employment that is also an issue
This is my home town. The city has grown a lot in the past 10 years. We're still going through a building and population boom. Our neighboring Indiana cities (Clarksville, New Albany) have a shared waterfront and we're working on connecting the water front. Clarksville is building a new downtown that'll bring much more change to Jeffersonville. We have a lot going on and it's really transformed since the 90s.
@@Qaranwadani1993 yeah it's a very small area close to Utica and Jeffersonville IN. It's right off of 10th Street/highway 62. They've built a new theatre right by there and where the old army ammunition plant was has been developed with many new businesses and companies including an Amazon etc
Jeffersonville is a nice area. Like most city's, but on a smaller scale, it suffers some from the doughnut syndrome, where the inner part is older and not up kept, and the outer area being newer and modern. Still, Jeff hasn't done bad trying to keep some of their older architecture, but not as good as say Madison Indiana. A nice place to live and raise a family.
I lived in Jeffersonville for 16 months and it is a real nice city. Very low crime, very affordable and much nicer than Louisville. Only problem, lack of opportunities in my career field, I had to leave for better job opportunities.

Actually New Albany was more of a place where slaves swam to not as much in Jeffersonville
