I’m obviously a woman but these are wise words. I’m a Kentucky girl who loves small towns but I also raised my 32 yr old son to be careful about trusting most females. That’s why some of us females don’t have but very few female friends. Most females are so damn dramatic and have very self centered thinking! Most are just in it to benefit themselves. They’re not willing to simply love just one man regardless of what life throws at them!

People can work 9 to 5, and do stuff on the side. The most important thing is having a stable income. From my experience, the only businesses that have a high survival rate are businesses that require some kind of license. For example, a ATF license, medical license, pharmacy license, cosmetology license, CPA license, medical license, commercial driver's license, FFL license, plumbing license, automotive repair business license, hvac license, commercial pilot's license, physical therapy license, etc. As for other types of businesses that don't require a license, it is just a coin toss, because anyone can do it. The more competition there is. If you have some specialized skill, like you are a carpenter, computer programmer, technologist, IT specialist, engineer, musician, graphics designer, makeup artist, artist, industrial designer, etc then you could produce something that people would want. If you don't have any skills then a 9 to 5 would be the best option.

Paying your home off is a good suggestion. Usually housing is the largest bill. If you have that paid off your side hustles should cover the smaller bills. Also, if you fall into a pinch your home can become a liquid asset.

Hey I would like to add to your video if I may. I have been homelessness before. I didn't have a vehicle at the time. One of the best things for someone to do if they are immediately homelessness without a vehicle is to get a storage and a gym membership. You can use the storage to keep a small amount of items. It costs around $45 a month and usually these can have 24 hr access. Gym membership roughly $26 a month. During the day I worked and at night i got my tent out the storage. Make sure its a tent you can stand up in. This will make you feel more secure because if someone is lurking outside your already on your feet and ready for action. As far as the elements when its hot keep battery powerd fans and when its cold keep a small heater. Also you can insulate your tent for any weather. Zip tie the zipper to your tent at night and your good. If you want to feel even safer keep a weapon on you. A vehicle very well may be better but if push come to shove a tent is also effective. Also keep you a propane or butane camping stove to cook healthy food. Go off your instincts and choose a good location. Move if you have to. You’ll be good.

I worked night shift for years and I worked day shift, but I worked early 6:30 am til 3:00pm and 6:00am til 2:30 pm good hours to get in early and get out early. I don’t like getting off at 5;00 pm that’s rush hour . Never liked 2nd shift either3pm till eleven that shift is the worstgo to work midday and get off close to midnight nothing to really do unless your a person that hits the bar after for a few til they close at 3 in the morning. But I know this video wasn’t talking specifically about 9-5 hours but . People most of the time use those hours. I like those early hours because most people are still in the house it’s still dark outside it’s quite not to many cars it just goes with the mood of getting up early trying to get yourself together.

A woman can shake her booty on the internet and make more money than a man who works 60 hours per week building critical infrastructure. The perception of value and what is important has been warped. Nothing makes sense anymore. Why bother working hard?

Being single allows you to pay off your debts much faster, and become financially independent. If you aren't married and have a family, you don't have to make much. My friends who are married are very busy people, they work a lot, because they have to provide for their families. They need a bigger home, they more vehicles, they need to buy school supplies for their kids, etc. My father told me a while back that men don't really spend a lot of money, and I thought about this. Men really don't spend much money. My ex-girlfriend had 150 pairs of shoes, dozens of bags and purses, 3 closets full of clothes, and she was very materialistic. For me, I have 3 pairs of shoes, a closet full of clothes, 1 wallet, and I buy a new car every 10 years. A single man really doesn't spend much, so they will save more. I can honestly say my life is boring after becoming financially independent. I can afford to work part time, take naps in the middle of the day, and idle away the rest of my free time in any given day.

I know you said you’ve had multiple different relationships in different cities in the past, but do you think you’ll ever settle down and build a family, or do you think that interferes with your hobby of traveling(as in feeling tied to one location). I’m a young dude who likes the idea of traveling and exploring just like you but worried about if I can every truly date/settle down if I like to explore and experience different cities like you.I’m kind of confused I might meet someone in a different city and miss out on an opportunity in another city I used to live or even be forced to break it off just so I can travel around and experience new places or get that freedom I’m looking for. Man, you just drove thru my whole childhood. Right at the 3 min mark you passed the house i lived in from birth to age 5, then we moved just a few blocks over on first ave by louisiana st. As a kid I rode my bike down every one of those streets in this video. That was the 80s and 90s though. The old 'hood has definitely gone downhill since. 😢
