A lot of people always think they need to make more money and they'll be happy and get out of debt, but they typically just end up spending more and they're in the exact same spot or worse.

Yeah, you definitely need to give yourself more credit, you are definitely not broke, especially at your age.
I'm BIG on mentors and always encourage my employees to have atleast one.
