hi been watching for a while now loving your work and how informative you are which is very rare to find im wheelchair bound and classed as vulnerable lol so i am stuck in my room 90% of the time hunting for things to watch and i can honestly say your keeping me sane so keep smashing them tattoo's and c'mon everyone keep smashing them likes in for Legend that is Oliver and keep sharing
Hell of a rose man u nailed it like always keep uploading.im in a process of starting everything got some equipment but since corona hit here i lost my job so its a struggle now but Will update when i get back on the horse thank you for learning us. much love from croatia
Get it best time to learn get yourself a good set of machines i started with coils in the 90s man when i was onhouse arrest all my buddies kept willing to ket ne learn take that jump you wont regret it
I've done entire sleeve's with these cartridges: 1207RL, 1205RS and 1013CM and every client and friends i tatted all said they didn't feel anything 90% of the time. The only places I get concerned about strong pain is on breasts, pelvic area, upper inner thigh, upper neck. I say this because I had 12 different professional tattooists do tattoos on me and 11/12 of them hurt but when my mentor did it I felt almost nothing with some shading spots being overworked causing some sting. All the tattoos I've done are all inside the dermis layer of skin and the ink stayed for 7 years and counting. A lot of tattoo artists don't have the correct 45° angle, the right direction of drag, the depth being generally 1.5-2mm, and the correct needles so the skin doesn't get overworked. For example I got a tattoo done on me where the artist wasn't using the correct voltage to hand speed with the correct depth. The artist was moving too fast for the voltage it was cranked to and the lines weren't very dark and had to be gone over multiple times and then when it came to shading he was basically scratching the areas 20+ times by using the wrong size needles. It's also important to change needles 3-5 hrs into a tattoo, they do get full when shading or texturing.
Great artist work POV... Learnt alot of tricks and dimension when punching in the black to the lights greys and the open skin as highlight... #belize...
Thank you for sharing! I work as a children's librarian and am slowly learning how to tattoo. Did you go straight to tattooing skin? I use oranges, fake skin and my husband for practice (he was the one begging me! ;).
Hey Oliver I'm a new subscriber to your channel and intermediate tattoo artist. I've been tattooing for 2 years now but still have much to learn. Can you tell me where you got that silent shader machine please? And also can you explain what type of ink and how many cups of greywash for shading? thank you Oliver.
Why use a clip cord cover if you don't wrap the machine? I know you wrap the machine now but what's the thought process behind wrapping 1 and not the other
This video makes me love my Fk Iron Edge,,, ROTARY LIFE!!!!!! lol I once worked at a shop and we all used rotaries and the new guy showed up and started using one of those (NOISE MAKERS) and I walked up and said uhhhhhhm excuse me this is a library and walked off lol I was totally fuckin with him, but hope everyone has a rad day and slings that ink!!! :)
Is the bishop wand liner good for larger liners? And is it one pass or do you have to go over it a few times. I’m a coil guy looking for a rotary replacement for lining
Question.... I don't use a large grip on my machine. What is the actual purpose of the larger grips? I would think maybe more control and less fatigue. But never thought about using one.
I love my packer. It’s a bit more than my Cheyenne 3.5, because the Packer comes in 4.2, which gives me a bit more punch. And that noise tells me the needle isn’t sitting right in the machine or sticking out too far. An amazing machine. 🙏🏼
Hey Oliver any reason why you used a regular curved mag intsead of a bug pin one for this? Just wondering as i just picked up some bug pins and am loving them
Nice Job As always Mate!! I just go both ( liner and shader wand) Quick question ! Can i color pack with the Liner ? Would you recommend , or i would be better to use the shader for my packing. Since i havent got the packer..! Thank you cheers !!!
Get yourself a dry heat sterilizer. First you clean your grip with chemicals (in Russia we use Alaminol), then wash it properly, than sterilize it in dry heat sterilizer 180° Celsius 60 minutes, or 160° Celsius 150 minutes. If you didn’t know it at the moment you bought an inkjecta you’d better be using disposable grips, really
I would like to tattoo a rose on my elbow but I'm afraid it will deform every time I move my arm, losing a lot of aesthetics, can anyone give me some advice? does anyone have elbow tattoos? have you encountered similar problems? thanks I hope for an answer 🙏🏼 (obviously I'm not talking about the classic "spider web" tattoo that seems to be made especially for that particular area)
Does anybody know will that shading heal as light as that beautiful woman's face underneath the rose I'm really trying to learn how to achieve that light shading
I don’t know if he uses the same set-up, but he does say in a older video(I tried to find it, but couldn’t) that he uses a 50/50 for lining (half the cup with lining ink, other half with mixing solution)😀
Hey so im some what new to tattooing an im trying to find good sites for tattoo needles and equipment...if you could help in anyway i would be greatful ..good sites that arnt to pricey
Yeah officially someone can be better than u now... dam ads... really???.... and you have integrity.... and your not about the money.... $$$$$.... ok....
Hey my dude!!! I love your work!! Absolutely fantastic!! Your videos on the other hand, are kinda dull ,if I'm being honest. I know you didn't ask for my opinion on this, but if you are willing to take some advice. Maybe a little more banter between you and the canvas or perhaps engaging the audience with explanations of how and what you are doing.. maybe some timelapse here and there to shorten the time... but that's just me... you can say go fly off!! Lol.. but seriously.. I want some of your work!!!
I disagree, I personally love how his does his videos. I can always fast forward and or rewind if need be. But not having timelapes is nice once in a while. And i must add I LOVE HOW YOU DONT TALK TALK TALK BLA BLA BLA , you exsplained what u were using in the beginning short and sweet. I love it. Not saying anything wrong about your opinion, this is just mine thats all.
P.s. but yeah maybe some kinda music or something, "dull" is right on that part for sure. Tv program didnt help on this at all i was thinking myself how board that client must have been.
Tattooing is not something you chat through, the more the canvas talks and you talk, the more chance of screw ups because people move when they talk so silence is key unfortunately in tattooing
Music yeah always cool but yeah you dont want the person you're tattooing to be moving cuz theyre talking. Could always go back in and redo some of the livestreams with explanatory stuff but I get it...as far as livestreaming goes I can see why theres silence, focus and no harsh movements
@@OLIVERAYRE I've been using coil machines since 1998 and I'm trying to learn the difference and different way to use a pen machine. I just picked up Axys Valhalla so I can get out of the stone age.

Hey bruv I just bought the ink jecta flite nano that comes with the grip I was wondering how do you clean it without an autoclave?
Get yourself a dry heat sterilizer. First you clean your grip with chemicals (in Russia we use Alaminol), then wash it properly, than sterilize it in dry heat sterilizer 180° Celsius 60 minutes, or 160° Celsius 150 minutes. Hi oliver are you using the wand shader to draw?
You mainly do advanced black and gray realism, is this why you got the Liner Wand?
Mark Steele yeah liner wand just throws lines in quick and solid! One pass!
The Wand liner has a 5.0mm stroke offset, or no?
Dope🔥.. painful spot! Good job both of you.
Hey Oliver what is your thoughts on fk irons spektra flux?
What voltage are you running your machine at while shading the petals N on this rose?
Is the 3rl standard 12 or bugpin 10?
What ink shade did you use for the smoke effect
I love that darkness behind it
Does anybody know will that shading heal as light as that beautiful woman's face underneath the rose I'm really trying to learn how to achieve that light shading
Hallo Oliver
One question : you take deep black for the outlines ?
I don’t know if he uses the same set-up, but he does say in a older video(I tried to find it, but couldn’t) that he uses a 50/50 for lining (half the cup with lining ink, other half with mixing solution)😀
Legal cara, isso é ajuda de verdade!
What tattoo machine do you used?
Hi brother I'm form dubai
Did you say that the Virgin Mary is your work as well?
Mark Steele no mate not my work
Oh. Sorry
Do you outline your whole Rose with solid black??
I’ve heard him say he uses half black for his outlines. I would recommend that as well for any realistic black and grey work
That is the same tattoo I want on my left hand
No white at the end added ?
Agree kinda looked unfinished (not hatin just observing) rose looked good
Which inks have you used in this please?
Hey man you ever upload an update video of healing your frank sinatra tattoo? I'm curious how it turned out
Hey buddy you did lube it up before you used it right
Yeah I noticed that too
Suppose to put vase on. I thought he was wearing no clove on his left hand lol
What drop system did you use for this?
Dude, I love your style, but why are you constantly dry wiping ?
DO I HEAR 21 JUMP STREET IN THE BACKGROUND???😂
I really wanna watch this vid but hell no why so many commercials
Thank god for adblock
When you where shading how much needle was hanging from your tube while the machine was running?
Different things work for different people you gotta find what best suits you
Hello Oliver and company from the Midwest in the States
I want a machine plsssss😊
Love your attention to the deets man! And hey what sneakers you got on are they pumas or new balance?
whats the stuff you rub around the spot youre about to hit?
vaseline or petroleum jelly.
Nice hairdo

Why is your machine not bagged? Why did you do the outline then shade it? How long have you been tattooing?
Because machine bags do my head in, just the way I do things, so I have a sharp line to go off, 6 years
@@OLIVERAYRE I've been using coil machines since 1998 and I'm trying to learn the difference and different way to use a pen machine. I just picked up Axys Valhalla so I can get out of the stone age.
