OMG I know this is a video about curly to straight hair, but thank you Brad for all the curly hair love. As a Polynesian woman, Hawaiian in specific, with my hella long hair plus it's pretty curly, most people have no idea how much work it takes into maintaining or styling this hair. And your appreciation for curly hair truly made my day. And omg thanks for that video on Jasmine cause it's the most similar to mine that I have EVER seen on RUclips so imma definitely have to follow her so I can get more hair tips.

We don't all have the same heads of hair after all. Plus, OP likely has naturally curly hair too, from her profile pic.

My last stylist told me to go to an African hairdresser as they know better how to treat my hair and I have a type 2c hair I don’t think they know, now I will need to find a new stylist, the reason could be that I am Latin and I live in Australia.

Right, I used to straighten to trim. After that first bout of heat damage, "no maam, never again..." I cut off the loose curls and gave my flat iron to my sister.
