You are a total stranger who gets my respect, i always loved your voice and your stories and im not a huge fan or smthng, i just found you when i was hyped with EFT and i really loved your videos. You touched me with this video as me and my wife are waiting our first baby girl on december 2023 and i want to show her the world! You, with this video, added some Light in the path we are going to take, not knowing anything about a baby but wanting to do all a man can do for her, little stories like yours helps this word become a better place. This Video gives me such a crazy boost of motivation to tell my own stories because I feel exactly like you about this. Stories are so much more, they can be so much more, than just something someone tells you. I love your content dude, keep it up

Fair, I had a burn out at 39 years old. It started like a small vagal discomfort right during the registration of my unborn baby to the "House of Childhood (they keep your kids so that you can work, but place is limited and you have to register the child even before they are born) ..6 months prior I got married and learned that I was going to be a father...business was rough (well it always is) and we couldn't seem to find a house on our path to create a haven....I had no clue that the fatherhood on top of all the other stresses were gonna send me down to a panic stream. After the vagal alert, we went home and I had both a panic attack and a hyperglycemia crisis...theses 3 events within 15 minutes sent me directly to the hospital for a check-up. My brain couldn''t fight and could't flee. I was stuck and if everything was going to be smooth, I was going to be stuck for a long time...
It's taken me more than a year and a half to come back 100% from that....I had episodes of panic every other day, triggered by small things...it's only when I was flooded with adrenaline that I could deal with daily stuff, work load and my team (I run a small business with 25 persons)...but when adrenaline was down, it kicked back even worse...
Thanks for sharing. You got talent and somehow you found a way to pull through and it's so inspiring for a lot of us spending too much time watching youtube 🙂...Ironically enough.
You can be damn proud you didn't let it destroy everything around you.

I recently started watching your videos since ive started playing tarkov recently. I really enjoy watching your content late at night and have made it to this video.
Takes a lot to share your story and vulnerability on screen. I can resonate with some of what you have told, I am 31 and a father of two. So thankyou for sharing!
The last sentence made me cry. Your outlook on mental health is clearly a result of a long journey. I can attest that therapy, books and my wife are the major driving forces behind my improvements from an angry man with a blindfold to a man who’s anger doesn’t define him and who’s able to be compassionate to himself even when he makes mistakes.
Hopefully you will keep having the ability to continue doing what you’re doing and staying true to yourself. ❤️

The whole "Objects with Stories" thing is something a lot of the Dark Souls/Soulsborn games have in them. It fills in the story of these types of games. Fills in information holes, creates the lore and backstory of that world. Seemingly many games have that in some of the design now.

Some of the most powerful insights and lessons I've learned have been through various stories. I've always been an avid reader since childhood, so there's been hundreds of books and stories, the type of story often growing with me as I aged. One of the greatest I've ever read, Assassins Apprentice, and the series that it kicks off is quite possibly the biggest emotional ride out there, from the struggles of finding a place in the world, to the pains of loss, fatherhood, and both the pains and joys of family, it's truly one of, if not my absolute favorites. There's always value to be found in storytelling, particularly when done well.
This has been a great interlude to your normal content. I really enjoyed hearing more about you as a person. This will put your storytelling into a new perspective. This video humanizes you. Parenting is the greatest blessing us as humans will ever have access to in this lifetime. I have raised/am raising 5 children, and watching them become the people that they are going to be is absolutely incredible.

Norm is how I met you, and I've followed and been a fan ever since. Frankly, because when consuming content, you can always tell who's writing and creating from passion versus who is "putting it on". Good on you for wrestling the demons my man. 19 years sober here. I liked powder over the drink, but the result isn't so different. Escapism and coping. I'm proud of you and I appreciate you sharing your story here in this video, and in all the breadcrumbs through the years of content you've created.

I've loved your content for a while, especially since I began to play Tarkov. So from the start of the video you had my attention. But at the 10 minute mark, you hade me, ME. I'm no creator of awesome work, but I love writing short stories and films. They aren't great but it is an outlet and lets me express things way better than I could ever say them out loud. But after 10 mins I was choking up at how relatable that was. That's awesome man, I never knew that about you and I feel you. I have changed myself for the better and I'm really glad you have too and the way you expressed and talked about your family hits home.
I've always liked you, but now I respect and truly feel a kinship with you. Stay awesome and I'm happy to have found your channel.
