    The Kites and most birds of prey catch insects inflight and eat them by simply lifting their feet to their beaks as they are flying , its not possible for them to catch little birds in flight and eat them . There would of been a swarm of beetles or grasshopers etc a smorgasbord of all you can eat as long as you can catch them up there . I have seen them do this many years ago . Amazing to watch . Great adventures you guys are having , thanks for sharing .

      Oh that is interesting. It was hard to see, but yes, there must have been a whole bunch of bugs up there and probably the smaller birds were feeding on them as well. Was so cool to watch. They are such interesting birds. Thank you for watching Janelle!

      😂 thank goodness they stayed away! I personally consider any snake dangerous so have no interest in getting near them 😂

      @RoaminintheRobbo can't 100% confirm but it looks like a keelback(only snake in Australia immune to Cain toads) which are venomous but harmless to humans

      @Jake-lu4gd just googled pics and I think you maybe right. Australia has so many it is hard to know 😂

    Another amazing spot. The water holes looked awesome. You guys must have had the best time doing this trip. I'm 52 now with a 12 year old in High School and thinking, how can I make this happen.😂😂 Two weeks away in the van is never enough 😢😅

      Completely understand Lee. It is hard to fit it in with kids schooling. We were lucky that the kids were younger, but they really learn so much on the road, so even if you did a week either side of the school holidays it would give you a bit longer and they really wouldn't miss a lot. Such a juggle of life and travel isn't it!

    Wow guys another brilliant episode once again !
    Must say though please stop adding places to our list 😂
    Each time we watch your videos we get the map out and add more to our list of places ahead of us to visit.
    How is the size of that cherubin spewing that he didn’t bring all his mates would of made a great cook up.
    Thought this video would of definitely seen you land a Barra but from what we have learnt and experienced they are very fussy/moody fish to catch at the best of times.

      @RoaminintheRobbo  Год назад +1

      Hehe sorry guys! Just pay back for all the places you have added to our list 😊
      He was huge hey, total shame he didn't bring his mates along! The darn elusive barramundi, we thought for sure to this might be our chance. Still had fun trying! Thanks for watching guys and the kind feedback, always appreciate it 😁
