Is it possible that 6 months old baby (22lbs, 27inches) has already outgrown this carseat? Harness is way too tight on him when all the way loose

Lower anchor on right shows it's being installed upside down, is that correct? Or should it be like the LA on the left?

Heya! Thanks for catching that! Both anchors should be installed like the one on the left.
