Getting to Know: Ian

Ian, one of our service users, talks to Megan and Kris about his Recovery journey; about how he had planned his own suicide through to using Step 12 and Passing on the message of Recovery to others. He also talks about how he has managed through lockdowns (this was recorded during the 2nd lockdown in December 2020) and how he will beat all-comers at squash!
