Both sides are guilty, and it’s hilarious. If I read one more manic pixie dream girl or protective broody prince I will throw the book across the room

Yeah it would be good to have some new ideas. That's what I'm trying to do in my book series. Heck my novel “More Than A Gunslinger” is about a woman named Izzy who is the best gun fighter in the world.

I just deleted my past comment, when i taked about the jokes and stuff about the video with the male and female authors portals of characters, because i realised i was wrong and yes its good to have more jokes but its better to have them not only revolve around dark humor .It can be good sometimes but it gets kinda repetitive after a while (this is just my preference for humor and my opinion on it)

I can definitely understand not everyone's humor is going to be the same and you can absolutely get old doing the same jokes too often . Thank you for watching and hopefully we can both laugh in future videos

You were still able to proving their point by saying "if these man weren't so strong they'd be useless to us" equaling to women weak man strong.
I mean, I don't think male authors are always bad writers, but you kinda proved their point by yapping a stereotype in your joke. These stereotypes aren't questioned enough by all writers.

Men being stronger is not a stereotype but female authors thinking that's all they can do is

@@J.R.Carrel being strong is seen as a positive masculine trait and is often used by man to describe themselves as better. A stereotypical female writer wouldn't have mentioned men are stronger than women. It's also not a fact, maybe on average men are genetically stronger, that doesn't mean always. Calling men useful for their strength indicates that they're always stronger and that this strength somehow has purpose in daily modern daily life.

Strength is used everyday by everyone everywhere even those lucky enough to work office jobs.
