Thanks! Contrast paints are definitely worth trying. There are some things they're terrific for (hair, squigs, faces, folded cloth) and other things I don't like them for (armor, smooth/flat areas, wide areas of skin). These days, I use them most frequently for glazing over a two-color basecoat. This Ogre video is a good example: ruclips.net/video/dhvf8k3mTyY/видео.html
Thank you for this, I enjoyed it. Added a few more of your videos to my watch list, never tried contrast paints!

Thank you! 🙏🏼
Nice scheme. I was thinking of painting purple squigs which are painted blue on top, like grots wanted to repaint them in a lucky colour.
Thanks! One of the Kharadron sets has a mini paint brush; the could be fun if one of the grot squig herd had a brush and a bucket of paint.
@@JollyLark Really? My brother is collecting Kharadrons, I should ask him to check it.
@@romanvykh7947 It's in one of the boats, maybe the Ironclad?
@@JollyLark I've bought him a big boat and some smaller one for the birthday, probably worth a check.
Not a massive fan of the squig skin but those teeth look exceptional. Would any light brown have a similar effect?
It should. I like a brown that has some strong yellow tones.
20 dollar spray paint does a grand job
