IRAN: Martyr’s Daughter Says “They Couldn’t Stop My Father”

- Rashin Soodmand was 13 years old when her father, Pastor Hossein Soodmand, was executed in Iran for the crime of apostasy.
Rashin remembers that day as a strange mix of sadness and joy as she, her family and members of their church dealt with the loss of Pastor Soodmand while at the same time celebrating his life and the fact that he had stood boldly in the face of Christian persecution and threats.
Rashin will tell how church leaders encouraged Pastor Hossein to leave Iran and go somewhere safer. He refused; he knew that for him to flee would discourage the hearts of his congregation. She’ll describe the man she knew-a man who genuinely loved people, both Christians and Muslims-and tell of the last time she saw her dad.

No that is a they are not I am. IAM. I am a proven from living in the Middle east with Miracles blood baught born again Holy ghost filled part of the Bride of Christ that lives a life daily in Sanctificatiion. Matthew 7:13-23. Narrow is the gate.
I know for a time I actually got offended about the name calling in some mv some pop star put up and then it was like wait. That is not persecution... it's childish and petty and lame. It's not TRUE persecution. I need to stop giving that thing more power than it deserves. I don't want to be one of the Christians who gets offended and later falls away from the faith! I put everything in God's hands and I asked him to help me not get offened or afraid to stand up for him. Jesus is all I need in my life! He is my everything and for along time I was a double minded woman.
In 2018 after my mom (A christians) death she died it took her yeras of suffering so I was busy and distracted and even at times angry with God. But Dec 2018 I realized something's missing something is wrong. I asked God please open my eyes give me discernment and wisdom, show me all the truth all of the truth please" and later March 2019 I bought a Bible and began to read it thru for the first time ever to complete it. I had read passages here and there. But nothing like this.
I'd proclaimed i was saved at 5 and later on I kept 'gettin gsaved' but I never opened the Bible for myself not really I barely read it. I was of the world more than any Christian should be. In Jan 2020 God made me finally admit that I was not saved. He'd spared my life well over 10 times including one accident where Angel's pulled my friends and I out of the car. THey vanished and no one else saw them. The fact is God spared me several times to give me the chance to change my ways!
God is amazing and awesome and wonderful and I am a Christian I was even baptised at Church recently and found myself in a Church that we grew up in. They are good men as far as of the Bible the only thing so far I do not agree with is the Rapture. But I am aware of hte lie now. I just hope that God will sturr their hearts adn strengthen them. I pray to God for strenght for the coming days! I just can't get over the fact that I was so lost before but now I don't feel alone or like there is a rift of any kind from God! Jesus is my savior! :D The HOly Spirit is in me like with each Christian. I can't get enough of God's word and truth!

He is actually in the grave awaiting Jesus return and journey to heaven. Going to heaven or hell at death is antibiblical and does expose u to the lie of the immortality of the soul perpetuated by the Roman Catholic Church. U also expose urself to speaking to demons believeing that u r communicating with the dead (supposedly alive) ,
NOBODY, reads and studies the scriptures!!
If righteous people went to heaven when they died, then there would be NO need of the 1st resurrection, because they'd already be in heaven...

This seems to have been an immediate event, with no lapse of time between Lazarus’ death and his being picked up by the angels. In John’s vision of heaven, he sees “under the altar the souls of those who had been slain because of the word of God and the testimony they had maintained” (Revelation 6:9). As these believers in heaven await vengeance and the resurrection of their bodies, they converse with the Lord. It seems that, as soon as they were martyred, they were in heaven.

The body stays in the grave not the soul and the spirit. Jesus HIMSELF says to not be afraid of those who can kill the body but can't kill the soul but rather be afraid of the ONE who can kill the body and the soul in hell. Do you remember the thief on the cross? Jesus tells him that He was going to be with HIM in paradise that night. Please read all the verses related to this and pray so that the Holy Spirit can open your mind to understand this.

This is such a "sadly beautiful" story of amazing love for our Savior and while some might say "how could he do that to his family?" you only need to understand what Jesus did for us and that this life is not the "reward" but the "test" with the reward coming when we "pass" the test...

Same as American Dad. Quality Time. Engineers. He knew that the younger engineers after he retired that Iranian was making less money. But my dad wanted to work at the Boat Club and build cabinets. And remodel a new home. So I had a compassionate Dad who helped others.

Let us in America see them as our example, because the persecution has already started here also. From the school house to the White House, to the Church House, and if we are not aware, our house also. Let us all be united in Christ. Amen.
Let's not make this about American politics. These are very humble Christian people. They don't go out in the streets protesting for their rights. They know and understand that this is a spiritual warfare. And they know the consequences if they are caught doing God's work. Just listening to the girl how humble she is.

This is so painful, but yet powerful in that it is Inspiring - " Oh death, where is thy sting, Oh grave, Where is your Victory?". His testimony and martyrdom is so heart felt and living, that even though her dad life was taken, yet his story continues to live in her life and now Inspiring us to be faithful to the end.
