Years ago someone who allegedly worked on the project said that it was removed from the final track listing because it had a more dated sound compared to the rest of the album, which if true i don't see how, to me it has a similar vibe as "Take My Number Down" which actually got airplay without officially being released as its own single.
She recently confirmed in a new interview with Halftime Chat that the track was submitted for the album but it was turned down, not making the final track list. She also noted that she wrote it. ❤ I love it, personally!
